Cage Warriors 148 Parlay Picks
Our top parlay bets include Bark, Duncan and Blair for four powerful favorites. Tack on Mazza from Fury Grappling 6 for a high confidence four fight parlay.
Orlando Wilson Prins +285 vs Samuel Bark -425
Bark is 7-1 and has knocked out three opponent’s straight. His split decision loss to 3-0 Alex Loof was a hiccup in a near perfect pro career. Prins is a BJJ fighter who’s three pro wins were each against debuting fighters. He was beaten by the 8-7 Tom Mearns in his first attempt to step up in competition. This is our top parlay pick of the evening, with Bark a clear winner even in Prins preferred area of BJJ work.

Christian Leroy Duncan -900 vs Jesse Taylor +500
Cage Warriors has a history of competitive odds but this is the most interesting main event in recent history. Taylor won The Ultimate Fighter 25, abandoned the organization and got smashed at ACA, then won back to back fights in 2021. He’s back against a serious favorite in Duncan, who’s Cage Warrior championship has been a series of finishes, six in his seven fight pro career.
Bet the Under, Chris Duncan
Fans of Taylor should look to the under. Both men are first round finishers and the under 1.5 rounds is a -175 favorite. We’re more interested in a parlay with Duncan; this could be his last title retention before the UFC takes him on.
Chasen Blair -325 vs Helio Hernandez +245
Underdog Helio Hernandez has only one split decision win while Chasen Blair is 2-1 with two finishes, all this year. Blair was a North Carolina wrestler, and his time at Next Gen MMA Liverpool has turned him into a handful standing. Ignore the over/under props and take a safe bet on Blair. He’s padding his record here, even if the Cage Warrior 148 odds are making it seem competitive.
Cage Warriors 148 Value Bets
Notice that most of these are prop bets. There is no shortage of razor close fights, making money lines obsolete. Looking closely at both fighters’ styles and how they’ll clash gave us our winning pick.
Junior Orgulho +320 vs Omiel Brown -485
A classic combo, Omiel is a knockout puncher training at a BJJ school. Renegade BJJ taught him to guillotine people that shoot, and knock out everyone else. Junior is on a two fight losing streak and was knocked out in September in the first round. Orgulho is highly experienced, but submitting Omiel will be no easy task, giving up height, age and athleticism to the Englishman.
Alessandro Giordano +450 vs Nathan Fletcher -650
Fletcher is a massive favorite in spite of his last fight being brutally knocked out in round three. Bouncing back 15 months later, he’s ready to bring his BJJ focused game to Giordano, a knockout striker. With only one loss.
Classic Striker vs Grappler at CW 148
This fight will end by knockout or submission, so the +100 under 1.5 rounds prop pays double your money on a sure thing. Fletcher’s been put out before, and Giordano has been stuck in the Italian circuit, facing no BJJ fighters of this caliber.
Dario Bellandi +115 vs Justin Barry -150
Finisher Dario had an exciting amateur career going 12-3, and his pro career boasts a 100% finishing ratio in wins. Barry is the favorite because of an undefeated record at 4-0, ‘The Jedi’ is a Blackhouse MMA fighter with flashy wins including multiple crescent kick KOs.

Under 2.5 at +125 top pick
Neither man has been finished, but both men are easily the toughest fighters they’ve faced. Barry looks insane against the small pool of fighters he’s faced, so let’s see if that talent holds against someone with real skill. We’re torn on a money line pick, with a slight bias toward Barry and his time at Blackhouse.
Damon Wilson +105 vs Tobias Harila -135
5-0 Damon WIlson is the underdog because Harila has knockout power. Tobias is coming off a loss via TKO, but he’s finished high quality opponents in the very first round. Damon is undefeated, and his amateur wins reach back to 2015. Harila is his toughest test to date, with all other opponent’s having less than five fights aside from 6-4 Ryan Fillingame.
Wilson is Underrated, but The Under -120 is Best
We think the under is the better bet here, with both men showing aggressive styles with little to no feel out period. We would bet Wilson, but his lack of experience against quality fighters robs him of our top pick. It’s also why Harila has gained favorite status, moving -50% in the Cage Warriors 148 odds since opening day.
Sam Creasey -135 vs Shajidul Haque +105
The Prelims ends with a Flyweight championship bout, with Creaasey back in CW after a 71 second submission win in August. Haque shouldn’t be overlooked after beating Faiddine, who knocked out Creasey back in 2019. This bout is a rematch of Creasey’s 2016 win, joining men like Tagir Ulanbekov and Zhalgas Zhumagulov- the few fighters to ever beat Haque.
The Toughest Call on Cage Warriors 148
This bout finds the championship rounds, with the Over 2.5 rounds at -220 standing out as the obvious best bet. They went the distance in fight one, and Haque has only ever lost by decision. Neither man has a massive advantage over the other, and Haque would have to land the luckiest shot or make the silliest submission defense mistake in order for us to see an early night.
Cage Warriors 148 Underdog Betting Picks
We’re predicting a night of big upsets, with a few of the Cage Warriors favorites looking tired from repeated losses, set up against tough fighters with good camps or serious momentum.
Chuck Campbell +235 vs Modestas Bukauskas -325
The Co-main event is a 205 title fight, with Bukauskas released from the UFC in 2021 after a 1-3 run. Campbell is no slouch. At AKA, he’s considered one of the most difficult strikers to deal with, and his style is reminiscent of Rountree, who TKO’d Bukauskas in round 2.
Expect the Campbell Upset, Under +155
These men are knockout artists to the core. Campbell gets our vote because he’s never been finished or even wobbled. Modestas owned the European CW world, but Campbell brings a different level of strategy to Saturday night. Under 2.5 rounds is +155 in spite of a majority of finishes in both fighters’ careers.
Tuomas Gronvall +105 vs Wilson Reis -135
Booked as one of the closest fights of the night, Reis is nine years older than the underdog. In recent performances, Reis doesn’t look recovered from his time in the UFC. He dropped a decision to Taylor Lapilus a year ago, and is 2-2 in his last four. Grovnall is a Finnish MMA fighter that’s dominated his local scene. He’s only ever lost by decision, and his ten year MMA career has seen consistent improvements in experience and ability.
Bet the Grovnall Upset or -260 Over
Reis is aging into a decision fighter, and Grovnall won’t be submitted. Neither man has extraordinary punching power to speak of, but we’re still more interested in the Grovnall upset than the Over. Fans of Reis should skip the under, or sit this one out. Grovnall is aggressive, and Reis will fail to keep up in the third round.
Darren Stewart -600 vs Guilherme Cadena +370
Stewart was cut from the UFC after losing three straight, but his first CW showing was a clear decision loss back in July. He’s considered the better fighter here after a long running UFC career totalling 4-8, 2 NC. Cadena is on a finishing streak and hasn’t lost a fight in bare knuckle or MMA in the last three years. Cadena will fight anyone, and has taken every fight offered since 2012.
Castena has Momentum, Stewart Needs a Break
We’re staying away from the over under because this Cage Warriors match up could go either way. Stewart had it rough in the UFC, and his 2018 to 2020 run was the best he had. Castena has respectable power, and if he can defend Stewart’s first round of takedowns we’ll see a Cage Warriors 148’s biggest upset.
Adam Meskini +125 vs Emrah Sonmez -165
Brit Sonmez is a classic Britain Top Team fighter, with a clean mix of submission and knockout skills. He’s taken his fair share of easy fights, and is 50/50 against quality fighters like Meskini. At 6-1, Meskini is a knockout machine. He’s taken serious challenges, including defeating 4-0 Eduard Kexel in 2021. We see an upset, with Meskini putting Sonmez out. He’s been finished three times, and Meskini shows no signs of letting it go to decision.
Cage Warriors 148 Brings Opportunity for Big Wins
It’s not often we pick half of our top bets as +100 or better props or underdogs. Cage Warriors has no shortage of strong finishers, and with aging UFC fighters trying to reclaim cage time at CW, expect the journeyman to come for blood.
