We love handicapping prop bets like these at the beginning of every year. They can be tough to get right consistently. However, the odds are typically very generous. There is good value to be had if you know where to look for these year-long prop bets.

TheSportsGeek is also going to have complete coverage for all four tennis Grand Slams for 2023. We will break down all of the odds and provide our predictions for this upcoming year. It all starts with the Australian Open in January.

Is Novak Djokovic Playing At The 2023 Australian Open?

Djokovic was not permitted to participate in last year’s Australian Open. He intended on playing in the tournament, but was deported from Australia due to his vaccination status. The immigration minister also banned Djokovic from entering the country for three years.

That decision was overturned, though, so we have these Novak Djokovic betting odds for all four Grand Slams. The Australian Open just gets tougher for the rest of the field on the ATP Tour.

Aussie Nick Kyrgios came on strong at the end of last season. Will the native of Australia steal the spotlight over Djokovic? That is going to be tough work for Kyrgios to keep the momentum in his home tournament.

Is there a Novak Djokovic prop bet that you like in particular for 2023? We have two Djokovic prop bets that we are going to play at Bovada. Head below for our Novak Djokovic betting predictions in 2023.

Novak Djokovic Betting Odds

There are a plethora of ATP Tour prop bets available for the 2023 season. The betting menu at Bovada is packed to the gills with prop bets for tennis in 2023. No matter the player or the type of prop bet, Bovada probably has the odds.

As far as the Novak Djokovic prop bets, there are a couple of props that we have shortlisted. For our first Djokovic prop bet, we are looking at how far the Serb is going to make it in all four Grand Slams.

Djokovic To Reach 4 Grand Slam Singles Quarterfinals/Semifinals/Finals Odds

There are three options for Djokovic. Will he reach the quarterfinals, semifinals, or finals in the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open? Do not bet any of these props if you are not confident in him doing this for all four tournaments.

Note that if Djokovic fails to reach the specific round in only one Grand Slam, then the bet is a loser. It is also important to note that withdrawing from a Grand Slam will also count as a losing bet. There are no grey areas with this Djokovic prop bet.

Let’s take a look at the Novak Djokovic betting odds for his chances to reach each round in the 2023 Grand Slams. Do you need our recommendations? Check out our Djokovic betting predictions below.

The odds for Djokovic to reach all four Grand Slam finals is a tempting bet at +550. However, does it have a chance of hitting? Despite the nice price, it may not be good value. Read on below for our final thoughts.

Djokovic Grand Slam Wins In 2023

This Djokovic prop bet is a simple one in 2023. As the prop bet states, how many Grand Slams is Djokovic going to win in the New Year? You can bet him to win one, or go for the calendar sweep and win all four Grand Slams.

How confident are you in Djokovic? Put your money where your mouth is if you have the 35-year-old Serb dominating the ATP Tour in 2023. After being forced to sit out the Australian Open, there is a good chance he returns with a vengeance and starts this year off well.

His biggest roadblock could be Roland Garros in June. Rafael Nadal is nearing his retirement, and is undoubtedly going to put up a big effort this year. Carlos Alcaraz is quickly turning into a wizard on the clay, so this should make for an interesting storyline at the French Open in 2023.

Djokovic is the clear favorite to win three of four Grand Slams in 2023. He is the co-favorite with Alcaraz at Roland Garros, but Djokovic edges out the rest of the ATP Tour for leading claims in the other three Grand Slams.

Novak Djokovic Betting Predictions

We are going to look at Djokovic’s chances in each Grand Slam this year. This is the best method of handicapping the 2023 Novak Djokovic betting odds. The first Grand Slam on the schedule is the Australian Open, and then concludes in September with the US Open.

2023 Australian Open

Djokovic has +110 odds as the betting favorite to win the Australian Open in 2023. As we said, Djokovic is likely going to arrive in Australia focused and determined.

He was banned from playing in this tournament last year. You have to believe that Djokovic is going to be focused to make good in the 2023 Australian Open.

There is not another player in the Australian Open close to Djokovic on the odds board. Alcaraz is the second favorite to win the Australian Open at +450.

We are going to give Djokovic the nod in Melbourne. Expect him to win the Australian Open. One down and three to go on the Grand Slam schedule.

2023 French Open

Roland Garros is going to be the toughest Grand Slam for Djokovic. He has two players to deal with this year. Along with Rafael Nadal, look out for Carlos Alcaraz. Djokovic won the 2021 French Open, but there is no guarantee he repeats.

Djokovic is the co-favorite to win the French Open at +165. Rafa is not the other favorite. That belongs to Alcaraz, who won the most recent Grand Slam at the US Open. The 19-year-old phenom is only set to be a better player in 2023.

We are not as certain about Djokovic winning the French Open as the Australian Open. Do not be surprised if this Grand Slam belongs to Alcaraz or Nadal. Nadal winning at +250 is not bad value at all.

Djokovic should reach at least the quarterfinals at Roland Garros. However, a hungrier Alcaraz or Nadal is going to get him here. This means betting Djokovic to win all Grand Slams at +1400 is a reach.

2023 Wimbledon

The most prestigious tennis tournament in the world has been dominated by Djokovic. He won his seventh Wimbledon title last year. The win for Djokovic was his 21st Grand Slam title in total.

The oddsmakers and the public are overwhelmingly in favor of Djokovic winning Wimbledon again in 2023. He is listed at +110 to win Wimbledon this upcoming year.

There is not another player remotely close to Djokovic. Matteo Berrettini is +700, while Daniil Medvedev, Nadal, and Alcaraz are third favorites at +800.

That is some good value — especially on Alcaraz to win this year. However, the most likely scenario is Djokovic will win his eighth title at Wimbledon. He is chasing Roger Federer to beat his eight titles.

2023 US Open

We are assuming that Djokovic will be cleared to play at the US Open in 2023. As a result of his vaccination status, Djokovic was forbidden from playing last year.

The oddsmakers have Djokovic as the favorite at Flushing Meadows in 2023. Again, in this case, Djokovic is the pretty clear favorite at +150.

Medvedev, who has played well at Flushing Meadows in the past, is +300 as the second favorite. The defending champ from Spain, Alcaraz, is the third favorite to win the US Open at +350.

This could be another revenge tour for Djokovic after receiving a ban last year. The three-time US Open winner should be in top form going into August.

Novak Djokovic Prop Bets

With this information, we can make our 2023 Djokovic prop bets. We and the oddsmakers project that Djokovic is a very good chance of winning three Grand Slams in 2023.

TheSportsGeek is the most confident in Djokovic winning the Australian Open and Wimbledon. The US Open could be tough, with the French Open the toughest against Rafa and Alcaraz.

The value is not there for Djokovic to win two Grand Slams. We would not be surprised, but not worth a futures bet at +140. Consider betting on Djokovic to win three Grand Slams in 2023.

Djokovic Grand Slam Wins 2023

For our second Djokovic prop bet, how far is he going to go in each Grand Slam? There is an option for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals in all four tournaments.

All three are at plus money for 2023. We handicapped the quarterfinals at even money. There is a very good chance — barring an injury or ban — Djokovic is at least going to the quarterfinals in all four tournaments.

The French Open on the clay court is the only questionable Grand Slam. It would not be a surprise to see him lose in the quarterfinals or semifinals. To err on the side of caution, play Djokovic to make the quarterfinals in the 2023 Grand Slams.
