- CloudBet might not be the newest platform out there, but it does have some virtues to its name. For starters, it has solid sports coverage, it accepts Bitcoin deposits, and it’s among the fastest online bookmakers in terms of payouts. Unfortunately, I haven’t been using CloudBet for that long. For those of you looking to bet on sports, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see the lineup of sports that Cloudbet has to Offer. In total, you’ll find over 20 sports available for a wager on the Cloudbet sportsbook. For your convenience, we’ve listed all of the sports available for wager below for your review.
It is worth noting that the list of sports below is the one that Cloudbet had at the time of our review. Like many other online sportsbooks, Cloudbet only lists a sport if they have available wagers on that sport at that time. After reviewing the list below, if you don’t see a sport that you’re looking for, try checking back on Cloudbet once that sport’s season starts.

We’re very happy with the lineup of sports that Cloudbet brings to the table for their clients. Cloudbet has a great overall selection of sports. We really like the fact that they have all of the major sports like football and soccer covered, but we also like that they have some harder-to-find sports too. In fact, Cloudbet has two sports available that we’ve never seen before on another online sportsbook. Those two sports are Pesapallo and Floorball. From what we can tell, most people should not have an issue finding the sport they are looking for thanks to the generous list of sports Cloudbet has to offer.
We did notice one sport missing that we would like to have seen. Unfortunately, we did not see that Cloudbet offers any wagers on esports. Currently, esports is a hot trend in the online sportsbook world, and we feel like Cloudbet is missing the boat a bit by not offering esports wagers. In the future, we hope to see that Cloudbet brings esports wagers to their sportsbook.
User Interface
Sorting on Cloudbet’s sportsbook is an absolute breeze. We were able to easily find what we were searching for throughout our in-depth site review. On the left-hand side of the page, you’re able to sort by sport. Once you select a sport, Cloudbet offers a very intuitive setup for you to continue to drill down into your preferred bet of choice.
Something that we didn’t see which we would have liked to have seen on Cloudbet was the ability to sort by bet type. While they have some great sorting options, we’d really like to see them add in the ability to sort by bet type. Many of our staff here prefer to sort by bet type, and we know that many of our readers also prefer it as well. Hopefully, Cloudbet will consider adding this functionality at some point in the future.
Something that we really liked about the sportsbook at Cloudbet was that they offered clients the ability to change how their odds are displayed easily. On any sportsbook page, you’ll find a drop-down that allows you to toggle between views easily. We’re highly impressed with how many options Cloudbet offers. In total, you can select from five different odds views. You’re able to choose from American, Decimal, Fractional, Hong Kong, and Malaysian odds formats. We’ve never seen any online sportsbook offer this many options for how odds are displayed, so Cloudbet deserves some massive praise for this one.
We had no issues with the site speed on Cloudbet through the entire course of our in-depth review. All signs point to the fact that Cloudbet is properly equipped to handle everything that the site is built to do. At no time during our review did we come across any page lag or failed page loads.
We were very happy to see that Cloudbet makes it very easy for clients to find live sports betting. With live betting being so popular, it is nice that Cloudbet makes it easy to find. There is nothing worse than struggling to find live betting action like we often do on some other online sportsbooks. We like to be able to get right to betting.
On the main sportsbook page, you have two different ways to get to live action. First, you can select “Live Sports” from the main top navigation bar at the top of the page. You’re also able to access in-play action by selecting “In-Play” at the top of the left-hand sports navigation page.
Something unique about Cloudbet is that they offer sportsbook clients the ability to change the overall view of the page. By default, the page displays in a European format. You also have the option to view the page in an Asian format. For most of us, the European format is what we’re used to seeing. However, if you prefer the Asian type of view, it’s nice that Cloudbet offers this as an option.
The Casino
If you’re looking for a change of pace from sports betting, be sure to check out the online casino that Cloudbet has to offer. There, you’ll find a solid selection of games that includes 40 slots, 15 jackpot slots, 28 games of video poker, and 22 table games. Cloudbet also offers a selection of instant win and keno games as well. Overall, we’re highly impressed with the broad selection of games that Cloudbet has in their online casino.
We were super stoked to see that Cloudbet also offers their clients some live dealer games as well. Currently, live dealer casino games are extremely popular. Many folks like them due to the added interaction and visibility they offer. Currently, Cloudbet offers clients live dealer games of Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette. During our in-depth review, we played some of the live dealer games, and we were extremely pleased with our experience.
Another thing that we really liked about the online casino at Cloudbet was that they offered some name-brand games. All too often, we see other online casinos that only offer generic or knock-off games. Luckily, Cloudbet brings plenty of name-brand games to the table. Some of our favorites included Gladiator and Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. It will be great if Cloudbet continues to add more name-brand games to their lineup in the future.
We’re happy to report that Cloudbet has some of the best gaming graphics that we’ve seen in quite a while. It is clear that Cloudbet has invested heavily in bringing top-notch game graphics to their clients. We were highly impressed with the vibrant colors and high definition that we saw across the games that we played during our in-depth review.
As a whole, Cloudbet has a winner on its hands with its online casino. We honestly don’t have anything to complain about or suggest that they can do better. Cloudbet has built a solid online casino for its clients by combining a broad selection, of high-quality graphics, live dealer games, and name-brand games. We’ve seen a few other online sportsbooks and casinos that only deal in Bitcoin. Overall, it is still a rarity. It is our opinion that Cloudbet is severely limiting its potential client reach due to this restriction. While some people out there have embraced Bitcoin, much of the population still isn’t aware of it or is scared of it. It is safe to say that Bitcoin is not widely accepted. We’d highly suggest that Cloudbet consider adding more banking options such as bank wires, credit cards, and Neteller to their lineup so that they can become attractive to more potential clients.
Bonuses and Promotions
From our experience, many online sportsbooks and casinos run different bonuses and promotions as a way to help attract new clients and retain existing ones. We wanted to review Cloudbet’s bonuses and promotions to see how they stacked up to other online sportsbooks and casinos. Below, we’ve listed the one bonus that Cloudbet had to offer at the time of our review.
100% Deposit Bonus for New Players
The amount of this bonus can be quite sizeable. Recently, one Bitcoin has been valued somewhere between $3,500 and $4,500. That means that you could score a bonus match of over $20,000 if you were to deposit at least 5 Bitcoins for your initial deposit. This is an absolutely massive amount of bonus, and it is extremely rare to see one this high. By all means, take advantage of this promotion if you can.
In reviewing the fine print of this promotion, we noticed that Cloudbet will release your bonus funds in increments as you play on their site. As you earn loyalty points from playing casino games and wagering on sports, you’ll score more of your bonus funds for use.
While Cloudbet has a solid welcome bonus match offer, that’s all that they bring to the table in terms of promotions and bonuses. We searched the site high and low looking for any other deal, and we could not find one. Cloudbet really should have many more bonus and promotional offers in order to be competitive with other online sportsbooks and casinos. By not offering promotions and bonuses geared at retaining current customers, Cloudbet may lose some of its customers to other online competitors. We’d highly suggest that Cloudbet quickly adds in many more promotions and bonuses for their clients.
Customer Service
During the course of our in-depth review of Cloudbet, we also took a deep dive into the customer service that they offer. No matter how good a site itself might seem; it is important to us that online sportsbooks and casinos also offer some great customer service as well. While we all hope that we’ll never need help, it is good to know that you’ll have solid support if and when we do need it.
Currently, Cloudbet offers two different ways for you to contact their customer service team. The two methods that you can use are email and live chat. We’ll cover each of these in more detail below.
If you’d like to email the Cloudbet team, simply send an email to support@cloudbet.com. We sent several emails to the email support team at Cloudbet during our review. We’re happy to report that we received satisfactory assistance in a timely fashion to each email that we sent off.
The other contact option that you have for reaching the customer service team at Cloudbet is to use live chat on their site. In the bottom right-hand corner of every page, you’ll see a green bubble that says “support.” From there, you can click on “Live Chat” in order to be connected with one of their customer service team members. It is also worth noting that you can search help topics from the same support bubble if you’re looking for help on a particular topic.
We were quite disappointed to see that Cloudbet did not offer phone support. By not offering phone support, Cloudbet makes itself less attractive than most other online sportsbooks and casinos that do offer this option. We’d urge Cloudbet to swiftly add in phone support so that their clients can quickly reach them via phone if and when they need assistance.
Overall, Cloudbet has an okay setup when it comes to customer service. While it is nice that they offer email and live chat support, we’d really like to see them add in phone support as well. We consider live chat, phone, and email support to be the perfect trifecta of customer service support. Luckily, the support that Cloudbet offers via live chat and email is good, but it could be even better with the option of phone support.
