There is a clear reason why FanDuel is in the top 2 for best all-around daily fantasy sports and why they seem to have absolutely hit the ground running with this surprisingly dynamic and comprehensive sportsbook!
FanDuel is a drop-dead gorgeous site by appearance with a simple and user-friendly design that comes offs as fun, sleek, and highly professional. FanDuel offers an excellent on-the-go gambling experience thanks to mobile connectivity, some great options for banking, and some astounding customer service options that allow customers to contact the site any time of the day or night!
There are a few things that could use improvements (the inclusion of cryptos for deposits and payouts, more evergreen bonuses, etc.) but overall this is a strong online gambling site that we highly recommend to anyone regardless of the few small criticisms we may have!
User Interface: 5/5
We had to go with a perfect score for the user interface in the FanDuel review! The site is extremely attractive to the eye and is really easy to navigate. All menus and navigational tabs are laid out in a clear and concise manner which allows for bettors to make their way around the site with little question as to where things are located.
As this FanDuel review delved heavily into the site’s sportsbook, there were a ton of features here that helped bettors streamline the betting process including automatic line updates while you’re in the middle of preparing your bet slip, live betting odds that update without refreshing the page, and the acclaimed Stake All Straight option. More on that later!
Sports Betting Markets: 4/5
Honestly, we have seen other sportsbooks that outperform FanDuel in terms of a large variety of sports betting markets, but we have seen very few that outperform this site in the variety of bet types that customers can access!
While FanDuel offers only 19 sports markets (and there are not many obscure sports markets here), they absolutely crush it when it comes to how you are placing your bet! This goes well beyond moneylines, spread bets, and totals. We will touch on these later on in this FanDuel sportsbook review! This is a terrific site to place real money bets on your favorite sports!
Real Money Bonuses: 3.5/5
If you are into seasonal promotions and special monthly bonuses, you will find the motherlode here at both the FanDuel sportsbook as well as the daily fantasy sports section. The one thing we noticed in our FanDuel sportsbook review is that they are a little thin on evergreen bonuses and promotions, an area where we would love to see some more variety in the future.
By all accounts, though, it seems there are a ton of resources at FanDuel for customers to keep their bankrolls alive and thriving!
Banking Options: 3.5/5
Overall, we were quite impressed with the quality of banking options at FanDuel for both deposits and payouts alike! Customers at this top-rated sportsbook can make fee-free deposits with instantaneous funding across the board. And thanks to PayPal and the FanDuel prepaid card, bettors can enjoy payouts in as little as 24 hours!
However, our one big criticism of FanDuel seems to be there apparent lack of cryptocurrency banking methods, something that we would really like to see change in the years to come. Cryptos are too popular right now for FanDuel to exclude them from their lineup of banking options.

This site comes with all the primary contact methods that we would expect to find at the best real money online gambling sites we review. User Interface at FanDuel
As we conducted our 2024 FanDuel review, we found that the user interface for this site was some of the best we have seen anywhere in the market! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did the site look great, but it was also extremely easy to navigate. There is a ton of flexibility here for bettors to manage their lines and betting slips making FanDuel anything but a subpar product!
Let’s take a closer look at the features that contribute to the overall attractive appearance and user-friendly nature of this top-rated sportsbook.
FanDuel Home Page
As soon as you visit FanDuel, you are met with an extremely simple, yet attractive home page! Everything is clearly laid out. The top menu features the four main sections of the site: Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Horse Racing, and the Online Casino. The allows first-time visitors to find exactly what it is they are looking for without wasting unnecessary time and energy in figuring out the site’s layout.
Some other things we found on the home page was a link below the main menu for information on responsible gaming at FanDuel. This includes additional information on policies surrounding deposit limits, maximum wager limits, time limits, a timeout from your session, and some others.
There is also a breakdown of resources for responsible gaming that are available for each state as well as links to resources like the National Council on Problem Gambling, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, and Gambler Anonymous. We really like the inclusion of these items as being responsible for knowing the laws of your jurisdiction is extremely important. Gambling problems and addictions are also very real things, so we were glad to see the national resources posted to the site too!
Going back to the home page, there are also some links to reviews of FanDuel from those who have enjoyed using the site. There is also a section toward the button called Why FanDuel? that we would like to think of as a sale pitch that lays out the top benefits and perks of FanDuel. This is most likely aimed at first-time readers who might be interested in using the site but need some extra convincing. This is a nice touch for sure!
The other major piece of the home page that we would like to cover is the detailed, but extremely user-friendly menu that is seen at the very bottom of the page. When in doubt about where to find what it is you are seeking, this menu is a great place go-to!
This is such a well-constructed home page. It looks great and offers its customers some excellent menus and tabs for navigating the site with ease and speed! In making our way around FanDuel we experienced absolutely no issues with any sort of lagging, errors, or glitches!
FanDuel Sportsbook
As you can see in the image below, the sportsbook section follows in lockstep with FanDuel’s homepage when it comes to a user interface that is attractive and easy to navigate! The left side of the screen has a vertical menu that features the various sports betting markets that you will find at FanDuel. There is another menu option that narrows down the options to the most popular betting markets as well!
As the betting lines are positioned in the middle of the screen and the bet slip is prominently displayed off to the right with plenty of space for those who add a ton of content to their slip and want to view everything without having to scroll down!
Some other nice features that we found while conducting our 2024 FanDuel sportsbook review include the Stake All Straights option and the automatic betting line changes. Stake All Straights allows bettors to automatically place the same amount on various bets without having to go through multiple lines and typing out the amount for each. Betting lines that have already been applied to the bet slip will be automatically updated if the lines change while the bettor is preparing their slip!
- FanDuel does not automatically combine your bet into a parlay when you select more than one bet at a time. This is common with other sportsbooks. Instead, it will keep your bet as is and create a separate parlay option that you can simply trash.
- Teasers and round robins can be created with the click of a single button.
- Live betting odds update automatically without you having to refresh the page.
- Live betting odds will have red and green trending arrows alerting you if the lines are good or bad to bet on. It looks similar to trading stocks online.
FanDuel Racing
Here is another excellent example of a great user interface feature at FanDuel’s online racebook. Bettors can find the popular races featured right down the middle of the page with the various start times right of that. There is also a list of the top tracks featured on the bottom part of the menu.
Online Casino at FanDuel
The online casino at FanDuel is no exception to a well-organized and great-looking user interface! Find your favorite casino games across the top including live casino games, slots, blackjack, roulette, and table games. There is also a link to the various promotions supported at the casino as well!
Sports Betting at FanDuel
Although FanDuel is relatively new to the market when it comes to online sports betting, we were thoroughly impressed with their current online sportsbook and the amenities featured for their customers!
We found a decent number of sports betting markets that could keep any avid bettor or punter satisfied including major markets like football, soccer, tennis, basketball, and baseball. Where FanDuel really excels though is in the number of bet types that are available within each market! This was one of the true stand-out highlights of the sports betting section!

Now compare this with a comparable tournament that is featured at Draft Kings. Their Sunday NFL event has a $4.6 million prize pool with a buy-of $20. This means that the larger possible return is greater going with FanDuel compared to Draft Kings!

Two additional features we found in doing this review of Fanduel that we really appreciated were the beginner’s guides and the research section featured at the site. It is nice that FanDuel wants to see their bettors improve while playing daily fantasy sports. The Player’s Club at FanDuel

Banking Options at FanDuel
This FanDuel review showed us a decent set of banking options for both deposits and payouts! There was definitely enough variety here to allow bettors to experience flexibility in the way they bank, but our main criticism of this section was their exclusion of cryptocurrency.
We hope to see FanDuel introduce cryptos into their banking fold in the future. We feel this is a decision that could give customers even more flexibility and choice and allow the business to grow to the next level.

As mentioned earlier, there are several banks where there are issues with using credit and debit cards at FanDuel. And this is another way to get around of not being able to use your card. Online bank transfers are a completely valid and viable option for depositing funds if you happen to be a part of the banks listed on the credit or debit cards section. This method is also approved for most prepaid cards as well.
PayNearMe
How to use PayNearMe.
- Go to the PayNearMe deposit method, enter your phone number or email to generate a barcode.
- Simply save the FanDuel barcode to your phone or print it out.
- Take the barcode with you to any 7-Eleven, CVS, or Family Dollar and pay the cashier the desired amount to fund your account.
Your funds will be available for use with 15 minutes and there are some daily limits to look out for. In a 24-hour period, you will be limited to $500, and, in a 30 day period, you will be limited to $10,000.
ACH/E-Check
Use your checking account to make your deposit through the VIP Preferred Network. Just be sure to have your account number, checking routing number, and a copy of your driver’s license or state-issued ID available to make this happen. Watch your funds become instantly available and free of any pesky fees!
Check
You can use money orders, a banker’s draft, a personal check, or a cashier’s check for this method. We were just as impressed with the payout options here at FanDuel as we were with the methods for making deposits. Our 2024 FanDuel review revealed that this site is excellent at providing ways for customers to get their payouts quickly with PayPal and the FanDuel prepaid card leading the way in that respect!
If we had one complaint about the payout methods at FanDuel, it would be their lack of cryptocurrency payout options. Cryptos are so popular right now and we would like to see FanDuel include them as a part of their payout options in the future. They could add 3 to 5 additional 48-hour payout methods easily with the inclusion of a few cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin!
