6 Best NFL Win Total Bets for the 2024-25 Season

The best NFL win total bets change almost every week, based on the team’s performances and latest odds. We are approaching the mid-point of the season, so you have enough data for your NFL win total predictions.

Here are four of the best NFL win total bets available at BetUS.

Seattle Seahawks Over 7.5 Wins

  • Over 7.5 wins (-155)
  • Under 7.5 wins (+125)

Seattle started the year 3-0, but they have lost their last three games and are now 3-3. BetUS has the Seahawks listed at over/under 7.5 wins in its NFL win total projections.

The Seahawks face a tough matchup against the Falcons (4-2) in Week 7. Seattle’s schedule for the rest of the season is also challenging, but they only need to pick up five wins to cover the over on their win total.

After facing the Falcons, the Seahawks remaining opponents include:

  • Buffalo (4-2)
  • LA Rams (1-4) twice
  • San Francisco (3-3)
  • Cardinals (2-4) twice
  • New York Jets (2-4)
  • Green Bay (4-2)
  • Minnesota (5-0)
  • Chicago (4-2)

If Seattle can return to its form from the first three weeks, it can easily win five of its next 11 games and cover its NFL projected win total. Five of those games are at home, which should help the Seahawks reach eight wins this season. Also, only four of their remaining opponents are above .500 through the first six weeks.

Divisional games are hard to predict, but the Seahawks can get four of the five wins they need to cover 8.5 wins by sweeping the Rams (1-4) and the Cardinals (2-4) this season. The Seahawks’ rushing attack should serve them well in those games and could be the key to beating any team with a poor run defense, including the Jets.

The Bet
Seahawks over 7.5

Philadelphia Eagles – Under 10.5 Wins

    • Over 10.5 Wins (+110)
    • Under 10.5 Wins (-140)

One team that I recommend betting against going forward is the Philadelphia Eagles. Philly is listed at 10.5 wins in the latest NFL over/under wins total markets.

The Eagles’ issues from last season have continued through their first five games this year. Philadelphia has also battled injuries to its star wide receivers. Even with AJ Brown and Devonta Smith back in the lineup, Philly struggled to move the ball in its 20-16 win over Cleveland.

BetUS has Philly listed at over/under 10.5 wins this season. They are currently 3-2 and need to win eight of their remaining 12 games to cover their win total. The Eagles’ remaining opponents include:

  • New York Giants (2-4) twice
  • Cincinnati (2-4)
  • Jacksonville (1-5)
  • Dallas (3-3) twice
  • Washington (4-2) twice
  • LA Rams (1-4)
  • Baltimore (4-2)
  • Carolina (1-5)
  • Pittsburgh (4-2)

Philadelphia plays its first NFC East division game of the season this week against the Giants. The Eagles will also finish the season with three straight matchups against divisional opponents.

The Eagles have issues on both sides of the ball and are lucky to be 3-2. Their early season bye could also come back to haunt them if their injury struggles continue. I think the Eagles will finish with 10 or fewer wins this season.

The Bet
Eagles under 10.5

Houston Texans – Over 11.5 Wins

    • Over 11.5 Wins (+105)
    • Under 11.5 Wins (-135)

The Texans’ (5-1) hot start has Houston in pole position to win the AFC South. On Sunday, they face a tough test against the Packers (4-2). Green Bay is a good team, but the Texans must beat good teams to achieve their goals this season.

Houston is listed at over/under 11.5 wins in their NFL win total predictions. They need to win seven of their remaining 11 games to cover their win total. Houston’s remaining schedule includes games against the following teams:

  • Green Bay (4-2)
  • Indianapolis (3-3)
  • New York Jets (2-4)
  • Detroit (5-1)
  • Dallas (3-3)
  • Tennessee (1-5) twice
  • Jacksonville (1-5)
  • Miami (2-4)
  • Kansas City (5-0)
  • Baltimore (4-2)

Their two games against the Titans and their second matchup with the Jaguars should be three easy wins for Houston. Houston should also be favored against the Colts and the Cowboys. If Tua Tagovailoa does not play, the Texans should also roll the Dolphins in Week 15.

A win this week would put the Texans halfway to covering their total. Even if the Texans lose to the Packers, I am confident that C.J. Stroud and company will win at least 12 games this season.

The Bet
Texans over 11.5

New York Jets – Under 8.5 Wins

    • Over 8.5 Wins (+115)
    • Under 8.5 Wins (-145)

The New York Jets season has gone predictably off the rails. At 2-4, the Jets are +135 underdogs to make the playoffs. New York traded for Davante Adams, though, reuniting him with Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers and Adams were among the best quarterback-wide receiver combinations in Green Bay during their prime. However, I am skeptical about the duo now that Rodgers is 40 and Adams is 31. Even if Rodgers and Adams can turn back the clock, they cannot fix the Jets’ offensive line issues.

The Jets remaining schedule is favorable, with only five games left against teams currently .500 or better. New York has 11 games left to play, including matchups with the following:

  • Pittsburgh (4-2)
  • New England (1-5)
  • Houston (5-1)
  • Arizona (2-4)
  • Indianapolis (3-3)
  • Seattle (3-3)
  • Miami (2-3) twice
  • Jacksonville (1-5)
  • LA Rams (1-4)
  • Buffalo (4-2)

The bad news for the Jets is that they can only lose three more games this year and still cover the over on 8.5 wins. Rodgers has also been sacked 16 times this season, and the 40-year-old quarterback is already showing the effects. I question Rodgers’s ability to play all 17 games, especially if he continues to hit as often as he has, and I suggest taking the under on the Jets’ 8.5-game NFL under/over win total.

The Bet
Jets under 8.5
